Damaged Goods/Missing Items
We take great care in packing your order properly to ensure that it arrives at your door in perfect condition. As a result, any items damaged during delivery will be replaced upon receipt of the damaged goods to our address listed on the website. Please note that if an item has been lost/stolen in transit we cannot take responsibility for this. A replacement may be organised at our discretion.

Payment by credit card is the fastest way to receive your order as there is no clearance delay. Jonah and the Girl does not store any credit card information on our servers.

We want you to love your Jonah and the Girl product, so if you receive a product that you believe is not what was expected you may return/exchange any purchased item, excluding sale items, for purchases within Australia and New Zealand, at your own postage cost. If you would like to return/exchange an item(s) please notify us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of the purchase date.

To return/exchange an item(s), please include the packing slip that you received with your parcel as well as the reason for your return/exchange and any other details that are required of you. We strongly suggest that you use a registered mail such as Express Post so you can track the package. Jonah and the Girl will not be held responsible for any packages returned that have not been received on our end, if no tracking system was used on the package.
